What is a personal chef?
I will prepare custom meals that are tailored to your specific dietary needs and unique tastes. I will plan the menus, shop for groceries, cook the meals, and provide heating instructions. I can accommodate clients with celiac disease, food allergies, and most special diets.
Consultation and Food Questionnaire
Once you’ve decided that you are ready to hire a personal chef, I will come to your home for a consultation. I will complete an in-depth food questionnaire, talk about your food preferences/dietary needs and familiarize myself with your kitchen. At the end of the consultation, I will collect a deposit. We will then schedule your future cook dates.
I create a custom menu for each individual client, based on your food preferences and dietary restrictions.
The Cook Date
On the cook day, I will shop for the freshest ingredients, come to your home and cook your meals for the rest of the week. All meals will be properly cooled and stored, with heating instructions.
3 entrees (2-4 servings each) starts at $475 plus the cost of groceries
4 entrees (2-4 servings each) starts at $575 plus the cost of groceries
5 entrees (2-4 servings each) starts at $675 plus the cost of groceries
Each entree consists of one main course and one side dish.
Extra side dishes, soups, appetizers, salads, and desserts are available for an additional cost.
Recipe testing/development and research are available for an additional cost.
I encourage my clients to invest in Pyrex storage containers with lids. They are environmentally friendly and can be used in the refrigerator, freezer, oven, and microwave.
One-time-use, recyclable containers are also available for a small fee.
Payment is required up front for all services, including grocery deposit.
